Her practice focuses on international arbitration, both commercial and investor-state disputes, and in national arbitration. She has argued multiple cases under ICC, ICSID and CAM Santiago rules, as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations, both nationally and internationally.
Victoria has particular expertise in matters of dispute resolution in the areas of energy and natural resources, construction, advertisement, media, retail, insurance and conflicts between shareholders.
