Pablo is a founding partner of BMAJ and leads the firm’s Mining, Natural Resources and Energy practice areas.

He regularly advises national and foreign clients in mining operations, financing, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and the development of engineering and construction projects. He also has extensive experience in obtaining permits, and in special mining contracts, such as property option agreements, exploration contracts, and joint venture contracts.
