Octavio Bofill

Octavio Bofill is described by sources as ‘a senior lawyer who is very qualified, has prestige in the market and is easy to engage in conversations about financial mandates’; and ‘an amazing M&A lawyer.’ They go on to say: ‘He is deeply involved in every deal and his knowledge doesn’t just focus on the legal aspects of a transaction, but rather, it encompasses the entire Chilean market.’
