Luis Alberto Cruchaga


Luis Alberto is a partner in BMAJ’s labor and employment practice area.


He advises clients on workforce matters regarding recruitment, dismissals, and immigration; as well as corporate matters including regulatory compliance and due diligence reviews for transactions, mergers and acquisitions.

Luis Alberto also represents clients in workplace relations with trade union organizations and before judicial bodies.
