She represents local and international clients in highly complex cases across the range of civil and commercial lawsuits, conflicts between shareholders, insolvency proceedings and company reorganizations.

Karen has extensive experience in the energy, mining, infrastructure, construction, financial services and real estate industries; among others.

She is a member of the Women Lawyers Committee of the Chilean Bar Association and included in the list of Young Arbitrators at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
