Her practice focuses on the resolution of complex civil and commercial lawsuits, conflicts between shareholders, insolvency processes and company reorganizations, and lawsuits in the construction, mining and energy sectors, among others.
Josefina participates in cases under ICC and CAM Santiago rules, as well as national and international ad-hoc arbitral tribunals.
