José Antonio is a partner in BMAJ’s Corporate Law practice area.

He advises local and foreign clients in the incorporation of their companies in Chile, and in the development of their businesses in the country. He also advises on merger and acquisition transactions and has extensive experience in local and international financing operations, corporate restructuring, real estate issues, public bidding processes and project development.
