Gonzalo Barceló


Gonzalo is an associate in BMAJ’s Corporate Law practice area.


He advises local and international clients on corporate, financial and capital markets matters, including advice on insolvency law, corporate restructuring, financing structuring, bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, project development and real estate operations.

He has experience in the banking and finance, energy, insurance, real estate and public infrastructure industries; among others.
