Felipe is an associate in BMAJ’s Mining and Natural Resources practice area.


He advises local and international clients on the development of their projects in Chile, as well as in financing agreements, due diligence processes for the purchase and sale of natural resources projects, and the preparation and negotiation of contracts; among others.
