Benjamín Silva


Benjamín is an associate in BMAJ’s Dispute Resolution practice area.


His practice focuses on the resolution of complex and commercial lawsuits, conflicts between shareholders, insolvency processes and company reorganizations, and lawsuits in the construction and mining sectors, among others.

He also advises in cases administered under different arbitral institutions and rules, such as ICC, ICSID and CAM Santiago, as well as in ad-hoc arbitral tribunals.
