Ana María Yuri is Managing Partner of BMAJ and a partner in the firm’s Corporate Law practice area.
Recently highlighted in a list of Influential Women in M&A transactions in the Americas, she has acted in many local and cross-border deals on behalf of clients from the real estate, retail, energy, insurance and finance industries.
Ana María also has particular experience in banking, finance, securities, capital markets transactions, including structured financing projects, bond issuances and syndicated loan agreements, across a range of industries for both local and international clients. She also regularly advises local and multinational clients in their corporate affairs.
She is a professor on the Corporate Financing course at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as the Legal Management Program Diploma at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
