Alejandro Álvarez is a founding partner of BMAJ, and co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Law practice area.

He advises local and foreign clients in the incorporation of their companies in Chile and in the development of their businesses in the country. He has experience in advising local and cross-border investment projects in the energy, construction, engineering, commerce and logistics industries, as well as the public sector.

Alejandro has participated in countless local and international financing and corporate restructuring operations. He is also an Arbitrator at the Chamber of Commerce (CAM) Santiago.
