New associate:

Juan Pablo Labbé Arocca joins BMAJ's Litigation and Arbitration team

Juan Pablo joins Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana Abogados (BMAJ) as Senior Associate in the team led by Andrés Jana.

Juan Pablo Labbé graduated from the Universidad de Los Andes (2013) and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, USA (2019). He has considerable experience in international arbitration, as author and co-author of numerous published articles on the subject and having previously worked as an International Associate at the specialist London firm Three Crowns LLP (2019-2020).

In his role as Senior Associate in BMAJ’s Litigation and Arbitration area, his practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, both commercial and investment. He has participated in ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations governed by ICC, ICSID and CAM Santiago rules and has advised clients in disputes regarding infrastructure projects, energy, mining, corporate conflicts, the stock market and intellectual property, among others.
